About:Chinese Embassy in India

Dear Sir,

I'm having residence "z" visa and valid working permit in china for 6 years from my own company in Shenzhen, china,last year i got married in feb.2008, and my wife came to china and she also got residence visa(depenedent visa on me) valid until my visa i.e. Augest 28th 2009,.

Before 2 months my wife had gone back to india for baby delivery, the baby is born last week, since both of us have valid residence visa so how can we get "z" visa for my baby ?

What documents are required to give to embassy? and how long it will take ?

Thanks
Singh

* Birth certificate (can prove the relationship between you and your baby)
* a letter by your own company stating you work there and you want to bring your baby to China to live with you (please stamp)
* a copy of your passport and valid Residence permit
* others may be required...

Anyway, you can double check with the Chinese embassy/ consulate in India
