About:Changchun

i am holding a malaysian passport and currently i am a student in uk right now. I was wondering whether there would be sufficient time for me to get a visa for china of two weeks within a one week time period? if not how long would it take and is it possible to get my visa here in uk(scotland)itself? thanks
