About:Changchun

I hold a China passport but stay in Malaysia. My passport has expire in October 2007. I want to renew my passport and go back to China ASAP. I do not know what document need to submit as well as how to make an appointment with the Chinese Embassy in Kuala Lumpur.

I have been calling the Chinese Embassy in Kuala Lumpur for the last two weeks between 9.00 am to 11.45 am , 603-21636815, but only allow to listen to the recorded reply and never manage to get a real person to answer my questions.
I also called the administrative office 603-21428495 but they want me to call the passport section 603-21636815,which is the same number I can't get thru. Somebody pls help ....

As far as I know, the renewal of passport should be done before the date of expiration.

Hi Ms Huang,
My gf have the same problem which is coz by the company which promised to renew her student permit to working permit since last year before the passport is expired. Please share any information that you have to renew the expired passport. 10q
