About:Chinese Embasy in Ireland

Has thevisa office in Ireland been moved from Ailesbury Road ? Does a person have to go in person to appluy for visa or can they send another person

The embassy is still based there. You don't have to go in person. You can entrust another person (agency) to act on your behalf.
