About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

hi i am a filipina, my husband is currently employed in China and he wishes me to stay with Him with our baby.What visa do i need to obtain or any procedure to do so i can live with my husband during His stay in China.Thank you so much and will be glad to hear from you.

Right now, your husband holds a Z visa(work visa)? You can also apply for a China Z visa by presenting your marriage certificate and your baby's birth certificate. (Proof of kinship). Other basic documents for application for China visa should also be submitted.
