Hi I'm Venerando F. Cruz, I would to travel to Chongqing of China for a plant visit on April 2009.The Company in China already sent an Invitation Letter.My questions are:  1. How to get a Visa?  2. Application for F-visa:1. Passport with blank pages and at least 6 months validity left before expiration.2. A truly and completely filled application form affixed with one passport-sized photo.3. A Visa Notification Form issued by Chinese authorized unit.4. Round-trip air ticket5. Hotel reservation.6.Other documents required by the visa officers if necessary.
