About:Chinese Embassy in Nigeria

To:Honorary Consular,
Embassy of the PRO China in Abuja FCT,Nigeria .

Dear sir/madam,

I'm a Nigerian base in Togo,i need your advise .

In Guangzhou China , on 27th Feb.2008,I paid cash 85.000RMB to Mr.Bao - Mobile:13725104888 / 13450267888 against receive of the original proforma invoice and payment receipt in his factory ( Guangzhou Lucky Flower Non-woven Bag Factory) for shoping bag production , uptil date Mr.BAO failed to supply my order or return back my money every time i come to meet him in China ,he starts to hind himself from me . every time i call him on phone,he refuse to talk with me when he notice it's me calling .

By march,2009 i shall be travel to Guangdong China for goods from a company .

About Mr.Bao issue,please advise me what I do when i reach China ?.

I am not a consular officer, but I advise you to find a Chinese lawer and send Mr Bao to a Chinese court. I don't think it is the embassy's duty to handle the business dispute. Another choice: why not meet Mr Bao in China and negotiate the matter with him. You will visit Guangzhou, right? Then go to his factory to talk to him.
