Dear sir/Madam:I would like to know what should I do to get there in China in Beijing because I need to Inquire and apply a visa to Malta since the embassy of Malta is already there and not here in Philippines. I also want to know if its really necessary for me to go there in china just to apply a visa for Malta? because my boyfriend wants me to go there and invited me to spend some time in Malta since he already been here in Philippines many times already.
