About:China Embassy in Thailand

Hello, I'm a canadian citizen living in china, I'm here on the "L" visa, I was recently recruited for a university teaching job in shenyang city. My "L" visa will expire march 18th 2009, I need to get a 1 year working visa from the embassay in Bangkok. What do i need to complete this task? Any additional informatiom would be greatly appriciated. thanks in advance.

You have to submit all the supporting documents: visa notice form from an authorized department and Employment Certificate for Foreigners (Working Permit) from the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of the PRC shall be provided, a health certificate (physical check-up form) from a Chinese government accredited hospital.
