Hi Dear Sir/Madam i am a PhD student here in china (Shenzhen) this is the last year of my study. Sir/Madam my passport will be expired in july and then i need to apply for new passport. For new passport sir need the National ID card which expired just few months before but i am busy in my study can i apply for new passport on the basis of previous passport, previous national id card and student visa.
