About:Chinese Embassies in North America

I'm from Nigeria, I will come to China to see a doctor, I need stay in china for months, so can I apply for a visa that permits stay duration of more than 30 days?

Yes, you can. Please write the planned stay duration in China on the Visa Application of China and make an explanation to the consular officials when you submit application. The consular officials will issue you a visa with longer stay duration. After entry into China, if you still find the stay duration is not enough, please apply for extension in the local public security office.
