About:Shanghai Travel

I am planning a trip for my family to Shanghai in early June this year and will be staying in Shanghai Sunisland International Club which I have been told is far from the town centre. The flight that I am taking lands at Hangzhou. Can anyone tell me what is the best way to do it. This is the first time that we are going to China and would like to spend some time to do some sightseeing. Should I stay in Hangzhou first?

Welcome to China.
It is quite convenient to take train from Shanghai to Hangzhou or Hangzhou to Shanghai, only takes 35min by fastest speed train. Shanghai and Hangzhou are quite different cities, I am sure you will have fun and learn a lot for this trip. More info, pls contact me at gmail.com|maxinecbq, a tour guide is waiting here to help ya.

Ms Chen, thank you so much for your reply. How about going to Xian from Hangzhou? Is there any fast speed train? I am actually very keen to go to Xian. Please advise. Thanks

There's no speed train from to Hangzhou to Xian. The normal train will take you about 20 hours 40 minutes. You can take speed train from Shanghai to Xian, that will be only 13 hours 40 minutes. So plan your trip well and have fun~
