About:Dual Nationality

Can a child born out of China with parents both Chinese nationals hold both a Chinese passport and a passport of another country?

It's impossible to own a Chinese PR as well as another country's PR.

China Law does not allow dual citizenship but you can register your birth at chinese embassy on your country and apply for passport and ID
