i received a mail from one of the company named as "CHIN HUAN CONSULTANT LTD" Beijing, China regarding a job in oil and gas company of the gangdu city, North China. i have already forward my all of the required documents through mail. again i received a mail and they send me the mail id of LABOUR AND SOCIAL SECURITY(MOLSS). i have replied them, answer they are charging CNY1,873. please advice how can i make the payment without any risk. the above fees is asked for taking work license in China.
