About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Hi,

My husband is working now in China, and he have a 3 years contract there. At this time he have a visa for 60 days..and he want me to go with him.
What if I will stay there for 3 months? Do i really need a visa? What kind of visa do I need?
What else should I need? Is there any requirements?
Please kidly responce my leeter... thanx.

Mrs.Eder, according to your statement, your husband should have a Work (Z) visa and Residence Permit of China. You also need apply for a Z visa for going to China. The requirements are your passport, one filled visa application form glued with one recent passport photo, the marriage certificate, the copy of his Z visa and residence permit.
