About:Chinese Embassy in India

Hi

I am on the process to apply for the work permit to go to china. we do not have the subsidary company and branch office in china, even the client will not give any of the supporting documents for this.

So kindly let me know how to get the work permit

Ms.Lee, if you haven't signed a work contract with a unit in China, you can't apply for a "Alien Employment License" issued by the Ministry of Labor & Social Security, Govt. of China.
