Just came back from China. Just little advice and experience. We stayed at The Landmark Hotel which is well located, MTR station just few minutes walk. Outside the hotel front entrance there are shuttle buses to other cities. We checked out and got on one to Zhuhai (it runs every 1/2 hr, about 2 hour journey. When arrived at the bus terminal in Zhuhai we went straight to the taxi then to hotel. Opened the luggage, noticed that both of our luggage were searched, everything was inside out/upside down! We suspected there was someone hidding inside the luggage compartment in the bus during the journey. The luggage were both locked and the locks were not damaged. We only used the cheap locks by the way. Be careful when you travel by coach bus. Of courase we have lost some valuable items, the camera is the greatest loss, it contained over 100 photos of the trip.
