Dear sir. please am ghanaian in china, getting married to chinese lady, please could assist me with the celibacy certificate? how can i obtain one? Thank you

You should find a notary public to issue an affidavit and then be authentified in the Embassy.

go to british high commission in thailand and swear affidavit and have one with only 10$ easier than going to ghana which might cost a fortune
