Hi! My family will be visiting China during the end of December. Does anyone know whether we would be able to see the Ice and Snow festival December 28-30? Or is this to early? Thanks!

You can enjoy many sights and sounds of winter in Harbin during your stay. There are specific things that usually open January 5 to the public, however it is not like they spring up the night before. Some are works in progress. Just have a great time while you are there. I will arrive Jan 1. Will you still be in Harbin?

Uh good for you all going there! I am jealous. I want to go there so bad. I LOVE to see the Ice and snow festival in Harbin. Will you tell me approximately how much was the cost and for how long. Are you going by tour or on your own. I do appreciate it and have lots fun for me too :)
