About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

My partner and I are planning on traveling to China at the end of January. We are British citizens currently living in Japan. We hold long stay visas (3 years). We want to travel through China to Vietnam. When applying for a Chinese tourist visa, do we need proof of a two way plane or ferry ticket?

Ms.Hiscox, you'd better provide the two way plane or ferry ticket if available. If the return ticket is not available, you should provide the Hotel booking and Travel Itinery.
