How do i get Chinese passport in the Philippines? I do not speak mandarin. Do they entertain calls to ask for requirements before appearing personally in their office?

China doesn't admit dual nationality. If you are a Philippine citizen, you have to give up your original nationality. What's more, it's not so easy for foreigner s to get Chinese passport.
