1. Prepare required documents for applying China Business Visa (F Visa)
(1)Applicants should fill in one visa application form completely and truthfully with one recent passport size photograph.
(2)A photocopy of the front and back page of applicant’s passport.
(3)Applicant's passport valid for at least six months with two blank visa pages is required.
(4)Recommendation letter from applicant’s company or office.
(5)Original or photocopy of visa notification letter from relevant authorities in China Or Visa notification letter from the authorized Chinese companies. Or invitation letter from the legally registered company in China.

The visa applications can be submitted in person or can be sent through representatives. Applications by courier or post will not be accepted.

The normal visa procedure takes 4 working days. Extra fees will be charged for Urgent Service.
