i am a malaysian, can i apply my student visa for china at chinese embassy in singapore

Yes, you can but it is very to get your study visa approved here. It will be much easier for you to apply for the Study visa in your home country. Well, do you have a Singaporean Permanent residence? If you are a Singaporean PR, you may apply for the visa in Singapore.
