EB3 Visa

Born September 28, 1987. I am waiting for my interview date for my EB3 visa. The problem is, US embassy here in Riyadh is close because of the war here in the middle east, not sure when they will open. Is there any chance I will get my visa anytime soon? Or should I just transfer it to Manila? I am now jobless, and don't know if i will apply here again or just go home to the Philippines.
