if there is no space for luggage, Can i keep it with me while seated (30 inch luggage)

Yes, but the seat size is limited and I'm afraid there is no extra space for your luggage. If it's a sleeper carriage, you can put it under the sleeper. If a seat carriage, there is always luggage cabinet between two carriages.0
