Annulment Finalization

Male Rabbit born in Sept 25, 1987, Philippines. I have an ongoing annulment, and our first hearing will be on January 19, 2025. Been waiting for years for this to happen. Will there be a good result within the first quarter of 2026, coz my now girlfriend and I are planning to go to the US. We can’t include each other as dependent if we will not get married before the US visa interview.
