Sorry, as I know, from Yangdi Pier, it seems no 5-6 seater available. To Yangdi Pier, you can take bus Yangshuo 802 to Yangshuo Passenger Transport Station, then take Yangshuo - Yangdi bus there to the pier. Tangdi - Jiuma Huashan section takes about one hour and CNY 160 per person and operates from 08:00 - 16:10.

It takes 80-100 minutes, CNY 255 for the entrance ticket + rafting ticket per person. The distance is about 15km.
