I’m a filipino citizen who wants to travel zhuhai from hong kong. Do I need a visa for a 1 day visit of the place?

Yes, you need a visa. There is an option called Zhuhai 3 day visa on arrival that is the best option since its price is affordable 130 CNY and the visa itself is obtainable at the border crossing. Unfortunately, I have to inform you that the citizens of the Philippines, although formally and technically eligible for this visa, have quite poor success rate. In other words, the suggestion is to postpone your planned trip or to obtain a Chinese visa in advance.
