Do we need to apply letter of consent for 14yr old Singaporean travel to Guangzhou w/o her parents?
My niece, 14 yr old Singaporean, would be travelling to Guangzhou without her parents accompany. Her aunt(myself), and grandparents would be w her.
For purpose of clearing immigration at China, do we need to apply for letter of consent or any visa for her?
