Changing Job

I have been stressed at work and I am now actively looking for a job. All the good roles were given to my colleagues this year. I feel also threatened that since Ive been skipped in these roles, I will be laid off by the end of the year. The thing is, I love this company and the job and the benefits/salary. So it is hard for me deciding if I should let go. I wanna ask, should leave the company if I get an offer? What should I do to properly take advantage of my fortune, career-wise.

The company and salary of the offer is the key. If you have good career luck, you will show your capability and profession wherever you are.
