About:China Visa Application in USA

Is there a way I can submit the application online or through email?

I'm trying to get an F1 visa for a study abroad for 2 weeks but I can't pick it up in person or go to the office to turn in the form.

Generally you need to go in person, Ryian. Maybe you can try to entrust someone else or an agent to submit, and the staff may judge your case.
