VOA to shenzhen as indonesian

Hi, im vi, im planning to go to Shenzhen from Macau this April 2025, as an Indonesians passport holder can i just apply Visa On Arrival at shenzhen?

Hello, Vi. You are advised to apply for a Chinese visa before you go as the risk of being rejected for applying a VOA is high.
