About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

do I need transit

hi I'm Türkiye citizen. I will land at Pudong Airport at 5 and go to Shanghai Airport for my flight at 9 to fly to Japan. Do I need a transit visa

Shanghai Airport refers to Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport? If so, a transit visa is not required, but you need to apply for a 24h temporary entry permit at the border inspection counter. By the way, please hurry up because the two airports are far apart.
