About:Xiamen Travel

English for travelling in Xiamen

We can speak and understand Mandarin. But we cannot read Mandarin. Will we be able to travel around Xiamen city centre and Gulangyu by ourselves? Are there English signages in train stations, metros and we can use English for Didis? Many thanks

Rest assured. You will see bilingual signs in both Chinese and English everywhere at railway stations and subway stations in Xiamen.

Didi also has an English version, but I'm not clear if it is well to use as the Chinese version.
