Transit Visa Out from Train

Hello,

I will be flying into Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport (CAN) from Osaka Kansai International Airport (KIX) and have a confirmed onward flight departing from Hong Kong International Airport (HKG) to my third-country destination.

I plan to enter China via Guangzhou by air and exit via train to Hong Kong before catching my flight from HKG. Would this qualify through the visa as well?
