my boyfriend is a beautiful person but he is toxic (drinks and not faithful in the past) he is great at times but tends to self sabotage alot.

Tori is coming from a place of care with the regards to the Toxicity which is not good for anyone that Brad seems to not understand of why it would be best to part with your boyfriend who in the past has hurt you and your trust. (Her statement) Do what is best for you but just know you cannot change anyone nor help if they are not willing to better themselves. It is hard to love someone who needs to heal.

If he was not faithful in the past, he won't be faithful in the future. Can you handle this? His drinking issue is also something that makes you future prospects as a couple turbulent. Don't you think, you deserve better? You also write, that he's beautiful. I don't know whether you mean physical attraction or a beautiful soul. I dare to doubt that you see him as your future husband or father of your future kids, if you're planning a family. Honestly speaking, I see red flags. If he will not execute a 180 degree turn, you should reconsider a partnership with him. Second thoughts are strongly advised.

Any two signs can be compatible, some are obviously more compatible than others. But the question you may need to ask yourself is am I compatible with someone who is toxic? That toxicity is something that is not easily changed, and very difficult to change within the confines of a relationship.
