26-hour layover in Guangzhou

Hello,
I am a Tunisian passport holder residing in the Netherlands, and I have a 26-hour layover in Guangzhou on my way back to Amsterdam from the Philippines. I would like to leave the airport and explore the city during my layover.
Do I need a Transit Visa (G Visa) for this?

Yes, you need a transit visa as the total layover time is 26h exceeding the agreed 24h visa-free for international transfers.
