Passport will be expired

We are now in Australia, my daughter passport will be expired early of next year. How to apply for the renewal of HK passport now?

2. 3 passport photos
3. Current passport, copy of photo page, and pages of extension if any.
4. Your original and copy of visa for Australia.
5.Fee is 75 AUD.
