Can i buy fast train ticket 1 month before from Lijiang to Kunming

I would like to buy fast train ticket in advance from Lijiang to Kunming but i couldn't find it. It says ticket issue only in october 7th

China Railway official releases the ticket 15 days before the departure. TravelChinaGuide provides booking service and you can book the ticket anytime prior to the departure on this page: https://www.travelchinaguide.com/china-trains/
They will grab the ticket at the very first time the tickets are released by the official.
