Entering/departing mainland China by train. How to fill out Section 6.1B and 6.1J?

I will enter mainland China (Xiamen) via Hong Kong via train and also departing China (Shenzhen) back to Hong Kong by train. Question: Do I need to provide train data at 6.1B and 6.1J. What kind of information should I provide? I will travel to Hong Kong as the last port of my cruise. I will fly back to Canada from Hong Kong after a short stay after the mainland China visit.
