About:Overstaying in China & Penalty

Overstay

Hi I overstay in china for 2 years and they deported me in the Philippines since August 19, 2019 .. but now I married a Chinese guy and I want to go back to china to reunite my husband how can I clear my overstay so I can apply for visa

Actually your overstay is cleared after the deportation and you may have a back record. But since you have married a Chinese, you can try to apply for a China Q visa.

I'm sorry to say that as of now the chances are perhaps lower than pre Covid, since from my observations in some places in China almost all visas that aren't work or school related have been rejected. If you applied to a job in China I'm sure the picture would turn out differently, but the second piece of bad news is that currently the job market isn't looking prosperous either. In that case I might be unavailable to help, my apologies.
