Luggage size on high-speed trains.

Hello,
I know that the size of luggage allowed on high-speed trains is ≤130cm (51 inches) by length+width+height per luggage. Does the total of 51 inches include the height of the rollers? I have a 25-inch spinner luggage which will turn to 27 inches if the roller is included. Is that okay to carry on board the high-speed train?

Thank you.

The roller is not included. There should be no problem for you to take your luggage on the train.
