Appointment Booking

Hello,
Please I am a Ghanaian attending an exchange program in a University in China and I have finished the online application. Do I need to book an appointment before I can submmit my application with the neccessary documents or I can bring it and submit anytime during your working days?

You can submit anytime on working days without an appointment.
