Piritta, this is quite similar situation as in your previous post:
Piritta, your itinerary is not eligible for 144 hour visa free transit.
The main rule for 144 hour visa free transit clearly states that the immediate points before and after your mainland Chinese destination have to be in two different countries or eligible territories (eligible territories: Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau). As you can see, your immediate points are both in Paris or to simplify in France. This is by definition a return trip and not a transit. Such an itinerary requires a Chinese visa obtained in advance.
Also, it is important to know that the Chinese authorities simply do not mind where you will fly from/to before/after those immediate points.
If you could only create an itinerary of this kind for example:
Paris - Shanghai - Helsinki
Something like this would be eligible for 144 hour visa free transit. It is important to emphasize that I have in mind nonstop flights between those cities and not a single layover between them. Also, anything before Paris and after Helsinki does not bother Chinese authorities.
So, I hope you will be able to create your eligible itinerary for this visa free transit scheme.
In the end, it is important to use correct terminology because this is not a visa, but 144 hour visa free transit, so there is no visa of any kind at all.
