About:Haikou Meilan Airport

How to go to Jiefang West Road in Longhua District, Haikou from the airport?

Is Jiefang West Road in Qilou Old Street?
Is there Information Counter or Tourist Information Counter at the Meilan Airport?
At the Ameilan Airport, can anyone help me to download seach engine or map in English? I was told Google is not available in China.

You can take airport shuttle bus line 1 to Joan theater (省琼剧院) and transfer to line 8 to Tailingcheng, and then walk northward for 100m to the road.

3. You can download Amap international version for directions in China.
