About:China Transit Visa

Hello, I want to know do I need to apply for a transit visa

I'm a Sri Lankan and planning to travel to Sri Lanka from Tokyo. I need to stay at Shanghai airport for 22 hours. But the main thing is I need to collect my luggage and self-check-in again at Shanghai airport. So do I need to apply for a transit visa? If so how much do I need to pay? Thank you so much

No, you don't need to apply for a visa because you are eligible for the 24h visa free transit.
