Sorry no shuttle bus running between. You can take airport express to Hong Kong station, take Exit B2 and walk southeastward for 200m to take bus no. 978 to Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center and walk westward to the hotel. You can surely take a taxi there, taking about HKD 350.
