How is wechat pay working on the metro billing machines? Showing the payment code of the phone to the machine scanner?

Which bank notes is the machine accepting as cash payment?

Yes, you need to show the Wechat payment code to the scanner. And you need to add your bank card like Visa card to WeChat for the payment.
