transfer from harbin airport to city center.

Hi, Arrives at midnight. Need to get to Citi center (No. 109 Zhaolin Street, Harbin). Could you please advise what I'd the best way? Can I use bus that late(if yes which line) ? Shuttle? Can I pay with union pay card?

Sorry the shuttle bus and public transportation have stopped at midnight. I'm afraid you have to take a taxi.

The plain arrives at 23:00. Still chance to catch the bus..So, could you please tell:1) were to run when I am in Harbin airport. 2) where can I get the ticket3) if is not fast enough what is the best way to get taxi? Where to go?
