Where to go for customs and free visa

Once boarding the plane and landed in Haikou could you tell me what signs to look for to get our free visa inspection done? Whereabouts should we be looking for? Thank you

After you go through the inspection and quarantine, and go to the immigration inspection and tell the staff there you are applying for the 30-day access and fill the visa-free registration card. Don't worry, the staff will assist you.
